Chinese Name: Shugu
English Name: Binding Bone

Location: Posterior to the fifth metatarsophalangeal joint, at the junction of the red and white skin.


Stream point, Wood point, sedation point.


Removes obstructions from the channel, clears Heat, eliminates Wind.


Mania, headache, neck rigidity, blurring of vision, backache, pain in the lower extremities.


Point indications have been used from the book Chinese Acupuncture and Moxibustion.
