ST9 (Stomach 9) - Acupuncture Point Information
Chinese Name: Renying
English Name: Person's Welcome
Location: Level with the tip of Adam's apple where the pulsation of common carotid artery is palpable, on the anterior border of m. sternocleidomastoideus.
Point of the Sea of Qi.
Regulates Qi, removes masses, benefits the throat, relieves swellings.
Sore throat, asthma, goiter, dizziness, flushing of the face.
