ST34 (Stomach 34) - Acupuncture Point Information
Chinese Name: Liangqiu
English Name: Beam Mound
Location: On the thigh, 2 cun above the laterosuperior border of the patella.
Nature:
Xi-Cleft point of the Stomach channel (for pain and/or obstruction in channel or organ).
Functions:
Harmonizes the Stomach.
Primary Indications:
Stomach pain, knee pain/Bi syndrome.
Tertiary Indications:
Mastitis/breast abcess, pain in low back and lower limb, paralysis of lower limbs (Wei syndrome), diarrhea, cold legs, foot swelling.
Other Indications:
Hyperacidity, gastritis, great fear.
