PC3 (Pericardium 3) - Acupuncture Point Information

Chinese Name: Quze
English Name: Crooked Marsh

Location: On the transverse cubital crease, at the ulnar side of the tendon of m. biceps brachii.

Nature:

He-Sea point of the Pericardium channel

Functions:

He-Sea point of the Pericardium channel, opens up the Heart Qi, drains heat from the blood, THE point to remove heat from the blood, regulates the intestines, adjusts the intestines, stops vomiting and diarrhoea

Primary Indications:

Cardiac pain, palpitations, agitation, tremor of hand & arm.

Tertiary Indications:

Fever, dry mouth, gastric pain, pain in elbow & arm, bronchitis, heat exhaustion, diarrhoea with vomiting.

Other Indications:

Urticaria, morning sickness, pulmonary tuberculosis, sadness, perspiration on head and neck, severe tonsillitis, hemiplegia.
