GB36 (Gall Bladder 36) - Acupuncture Point Information

Chinese Name: Waiqiu
English Name: Outer Mound

Location: 7 cun above the tip of the external malleolus, on the anterior border of the fibula.

Nature:

Accumulation point of the Gall Bladder channel.

Functions:

Removes obstruction from the channel, stops pain.

Indications:

Pain in the neck, chest, thigh and hypochondriac region, rabies.
