Chinese Name: Shendao
English Name: Mind Valley

Location: Below the spinous process of the fifth thoracic vertebra.

Functions:

Regulates the Heart, calms the Mind.

Indications:

Poor memory, anxiety, palpitation, pain and stiffness of the back, cough, cardiac pain.
