CO14 (Colon 14) - Acupuncture Point Information
Chinese Name: Binao
English Name: Main Muscle of Arm; Median Side of Upper Arm.
Location: On the radial side of the humerus, in the posterior margin of the deltoid muscle, on the line between Quchi (CO11) and Jianyu (CO15).
Functions:
Clears the channels and the vision.
Primary Indications:
Pain in shoulder and arm.
Tertiary Indications:
Contracture and rigidity of neck, scrofula, eye diseases, chills and fever.
Other Indications:
Sore throat, rheumatoid arthritis, paralysis of upper limb, spasms of head.
